Ministry Focus
The goal for Pastor Paul Steer is for the gospel to reach every man, woman and child. He and other pastors conduct leadership and pastoral training for believers in order to help them reach others in their communities. This training is done in the context and culture of each village, neighborhood, school, and university. Thus, the training and development of our leaders requires a lot of time and travel between cities in different provinces of the south central region of Honduras. This project seeks to transform generations for Christ by training believers where they live and allowing them to continue to impact their communities.

El capacitar y desarrollar lideres requiere de mucho tiempo y movilización (traslado y viajar) entre ciudades en diferentes provincias de la Región Centro Sur. Nuestra meta es que el Evangelio llegue a todo hombre, mujer y niño; el entrenamiento lo hacemos en el contexto y cultura de cada aldea, barrio, escuela, y universidad, transformando generaciones (enseñando y aprendiendo). Los recursos de este proyecto nos permiten viajar a los lugares más remotos y ademas de predicar a Cristo, nos permites trasladar a los lideres al lugard de estudio y proveerles todo los materiales necesarios.
