Because of Haiti’s various hurricanes, earthquakes and states of political unrest, we have created a fund for the continued support and relief efforts in this country.
Just days after a 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Haiti, which has claimed more than 2,000 lives, Haitians were devastated by Tropical Storm Grace, which brought heavy rains and strong winds.
These natural disasters are overwhelming for the Haitian people who were in the midst of deep political turmoil after President Jovenel Moïse was assassinated on July 7. Perhaps even more dangerous than the earthquake and the storms are the gangs that are out of control. Life and travel are extremely unsafe as violence and chaos reign.
Funds collected from this project will be used in the lives of the people of Haiti as most needed.
